Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and clienteling skills preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Support store operations including cash wrap and inventory tasks
