Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and achieve individual and store goals. You will work on the sales floor, assist with daily store operations, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities include personalized styling, product knowledge, and leveraging mobile POS and clienteling tools to drive loyalty and revenue. Prior luxury retail and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and customer service in a retail setting.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and live/stream shopping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to clients.
• Operate POS, process transactions, and support inventory and merchandising.
• Build lasting client relationships and participate in store initiatives.
