Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Perform daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
• Process transactions and support online pickups.
• Assist teammates and contribute to brand initiatives.
