Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/Laptop).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Social media savvy and live-stream shopping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in functional areas as required.
• Foster collaboration and drive team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
