The role requires 1+ year of luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and clienteling. You will build relationships, drive cross-sell, and participate in training and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience (or equivalent)
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and manage multiple customers
• Complete daily store operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment)
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups)
• Support inventory cycles and product movement
• Assist teammates across functions as required
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment
• Participate in brand initiatives and trainings
• Welcome feedback and maintain professional demeanor
