Qualifications

Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demos preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and team goals.
Support inventory, replenishment, and daily store operations.
