Job summary

Macy's, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Colleague to blend in-store service with back-end order fulfillment, including selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with curbside pickups.

You will greet customers with genuine hospitality, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to smooth operations, accuracy, and timely order processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Able to meet daily sales goals and participate in loyalty programs.
• Open credit accounts and explain loyalty benefits to customers.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders by selecting merchandise, packing, and shipping with care.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Greet customers with hospitality and resolve issues professionally.
• Support loss prevention, merchandising, and inventory accuracy through duties on the sales floor and back room.
