Old Navy in the United States is seeking a dedicated FT Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver exceptional service, educate customers on loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to provide an omni-channel shopping experience that drives sales and loyalty.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, contributing to store goals and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers by providing outstanding service and building brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote membership engagement.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Leverage omnichannel tools to enhance the shopping experience.
• Be accountable for personal goals contributing to store performance.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues in a courteous, professional manner.
• Execute store processes accurately and efficiently.
