Old Navy is hiring a full-time Brand Associate to bring our brand to life at the store. You’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, educate customers about products, and support omni-channel shopping experiences to drive loyalty and sales.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, maintain a neat workspace, promote loyalty programs, and handle daily operations on the floor, fitting room, and cash wrap while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Retail experience or familiarity with omni-channel shopping
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs
• Assist with omni-channel shopping experiences to drive sales
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and merchandising standards
• Support sales floor operations, fitting rooms and cash wrap as needed
