Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Supervisor - Conflicts to oversee the daily operations of the Conflicts team across US offices, with a hybrid-in-office schedule possible. The role emphasizes leadership, complex conflicts checks, performance feedback, and staff development.

You will guide the team on major projects, manage workflow, and protect highly sensitive information while ensuring adherence to firm policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certificate or JD preferred; legal certification is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a legal or professional services environment; five (5) years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Conflicts team and monitor capacity.
• Provide performance feedback and escalation guidance to staff.
• Lead complex conflicts checks and coordinate team on major projects.
• Develop staff through training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information in line with policy.
