Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certificate or JD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a legal or professional services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise conflicts checks and team performance.
• Manage complex conflicts projects and staffing.
• Provide escalation point and guidance to the team.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality.
