Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Supervisor - Conflicts to lead the conflicts team across US offices, with hybrid and in-office presence. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, capacity planning, and performance feedback, while guiding complex conflicts checks and safeguarding confidential information.

Ideal candidates have a paralegal certificate or JD and at least 3–5 years in a legal/professional services setting, with strong leadership and judgment skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certificate or JD preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a legal or professional services environment; five (5) years of cumulative experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Conflicts team.
• Monitor team capacity and provide regular performance feedback.
• Lead complex conflicts checks and coordinate with other supervisors and departments.
• Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with firm policies.
