Latham & Watkins seeks an OGC Supervisor - Conflicts to lead the Conflicts team across US offices with hybrid/in-office options. You will supervise daily operations, manage capacity, provide performance feedback, and guide complex conflicts checks while supporting staff development.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), a paralegal certificate or JD, 3+ years in a legal or professional services setting, and 5+ years cumulative experience. Generous compensation available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure workflow and handoffs.
