Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts to join the Office of the General Counsel in a role that supports incoming lateral candidates across multiple offices. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work options in major U.S.

cities. Responsibilities include administering conflicts reviews, coordinating with staff in different jurisdictions, and preparing concise summaries while protecting highly sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 4+ years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience interfacing with attorneys and staff across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Administer conflicts review for lateral attorney candidates and assist with questionnaire completion.
• Coordinate with attorneys and Conflicts staff across jurisdictions to evaluate conflicts checks.
• Analyze reports and identify matters needing further review or Ethics Committee action.
• Prepare summaries of conflicts analyses and communicate resolutions to sponsoring attorneys and recruiting teams.
• Ensure efficient triage of work under OGC leadership guidance and protect confidential information.
