Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior specialist to manage and scale Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) across multiple projects. You will lead design and construction teams, guide DFMA-based decisions, and develop SOWs for prefabrication while coordinating with procurement and vendors to implement OSM solutions.

The role emphasizes preconstruction support, process improvements, and collaboration with xPL and market teams to deliver innovative offsite construction strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in building, offsite, or prefab construction.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and construction technologies.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and schedules.
• Experience managing local and remote staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction teams to implement offsite manufacturing solutions.
• Perform DFMA-based analysis for prefabricated designs and material selection.
• Develop OSM SOWs, risk assessments, and logistics plans.
• Coordinate with procurement for vendor bidding and awards.
• Provide preconstruction support and continuous improvement of OSM processes.
• Establish QA/QC programs with vendors.
