The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least six years of experience in offsite or prefab construction. Strong knowledge of BIM, cost control, and scheduling is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in building, offsite, or prefab construction.
• Thorough knowledge of emerging construction technologies and applications in cost, scheduling, estimating, and coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven ability to manage local and remote staff and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical implementation of Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) across engagements.
• Perform detailed analysis of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical systems for OSM strategies.
• Guide project teams on constructability, evaluate drawings and cost analysis, and plan logistics for offsite solutions.
• Develop OSM Scopes of Work and responsibility matrices to support strategy.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for bidding and award processes.
