Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service and repair our analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, and multifunctional devices. The role spans on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and firmware upgrades, with occasional travel to customer sites.

You will handle printing/scanning networking issues on Windows and Mac OS, install drivers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing analog and digital copiers and MFPs.
• Ability to repair and maintain KM products and third-party devices (HP, Lexmark).
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting networking for printing/scanning on Windows/Mac.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer call assistance for assigned products (KM MFPs, printers).

Overview

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Systems Specialist!

We seek a polished individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment to service our award winning products. You will be responsible for repair and maintenance of our analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, multifunctional and connected digital products.

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.


• Performs full range of on‑site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM MFP and printers & Non‑KM printers HP, Lexmark, etc.) as well as equipment installation/ de-installations, configure and troubleshoot networking issues (Printing and Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS, load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and performed firmware upgrades.


• Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites while managing territory work volume and maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction.


• Occasionally travel outside of the local area for training.


• Communicate with management on customer or field issues.


• Successful completion of training classes and effective servicing of those products, with the ability to requests assistance when necessary to meet customer demands.
