Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service and maintain KM MFPs, printers and related devices. You will perform on-site repairs, installations, and diagnostics, troubleshoot networking issues and support customers across a local territory.

The role requires travel to customer sites, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train customers on printing and scanning functions. A technical background with printer knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Microsoft OS peer to peer and MAC OS client side of server environments.
• Must have excellent time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
• Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Teamwork; must work well with others.
• Understands territory parts budget and inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and installation/ de-installations of KM MFP and printers.
• Troubleshoot networking issues on Windows/MAC OS; load drivers and manage address books.
• Travel locally daily to customer sites; maintain customer communication and satisfaction.
• Occasionally travel outside of local area for training.
• Provide sales support as required (advise sales on problems accounts, service leads).
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning and copying functions.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for designated territory.
• Accurately complete weekly timesheet and expense reports.
