Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to perform maintenance and repairs on our products, including diagnostics, installation, and connectivity troubleshooting. The role involves traveling to customer sites, managing inventory, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Training is provided, with career growth opportunities in IT and automation services. Candidates with 0–2 years of servicing experience and a high school diploma/good equivalent are encouraged to apply; A+/N+

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery.
• A+ or N+ certification preferred and exposure to IT networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products, including diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Drive to customer sites within the territory, track inventory supply and keep customers informed on scheduling.
• Develop professional customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and document updates to the Konica Minolta system for each client account.
