Job summary

RRD provides marketing, packaging, print, and business services with a focus on efficient back-office support. The Office Service Associate will handle reprographics, mail, and related duties, supporting hospitality, facilities, AV, and reception tasks as needed within a dynamic team at our Portland location.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office services experience preferred in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient using mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
• Solid customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work.
• Ensure job tickets are properly filled out before starting work.
• Perform office services tasks including reprographics, mail, and intake functions.
• Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order.
• Communicate with supervisor or client on deadlines and issues.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Push work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
