Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a professional Service Specialist to join our client’s office, providing mail, copy, hospitality and general front-desk support. You will handle mail metering, sorting, distribution and copy/print/scan tasks with accuracy and a customer-focused mindset.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service, with the ability to multitask, lift up to 40 lbs and carry 75 lbs on a cart, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year of work experience in a customer service field.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a cart up to 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.
Floor Coordination includes upkeep of copy rooms, stocking supplies, delivering paper and basic daily maintenance.
