Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to keep our workspace running smoothly and to deliver 5-star service to employees and guests.

You’ll manage mail and shipping, uphold a premium office environment, and support reception, conferencing, and light maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, tech-capable, highly organized, and present a professional demeanor under busy conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or office services preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk most of the day and lift up to 40 lbs (60 lbs with cart).
• Proactive in coordinating with vendors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail and packages lifecycle from intake to outbound shipping.
• Maintain show-ready facilities, kitchens, and conference rooms with polished presentation.
• Keep office equipment (MFDs, printers) running and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Provide backup for reception and concierge duties, greeting guests professionally.
• Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
