From managing mail flows to keeping equipment and conference rooms show-ready, you will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle logistics and basic facility tasks.

Responsibilities

• The Logistics Lead: manage mail and packages from intake to outbound shipping.
• The Experience Curator: keep the space show-ready in the Business Service Center, kitchens, and conference rooms.
• The Problem Solver: monitor and maintain MFDs and copy/print equipment.
• The Front-of-House Pro: back-up for reception and concierge, greeting guests warmly and professionally.
• The Project Ally: assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
