Opensity Solutions is seeking an Office Services Associate to support back-office operations, hospitality, mail handling, and reprographics in Redwood City, CA. You will ensure a smooth-running office and greet visitors with a concierge-level service mindset.

You will coordinate meeting room setups, AV, catering, and post-meeting breakdowns, while maintaining clean, well-stocked spaces and professional presentation at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-facing service in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs and handle packages up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and room reservation tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Prepare meeting rooms with furniture, AV, and catering support.
• Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect spaces for cleanliness and stocked supplies daily.
• Manage visiting offices and temporary workspaces.
• Support hospitality tasks, equipment setup, and deliveries.
• Use reservation systems to schedule rooms and events.
• Assist with after-hours events including setup and breakdown.
• Maintain professional presentation and adapt to priorities.
