Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving, based in Jackson, TN, seeks an Assistant Operating Director to lead the in-office staff and oversee scheduling, administrative, and operational functions. You will share on-call responsibilities with managers and report to the Operating Director.

The role involves managing office operations, coordinating with Home Base, and ensuring client satisfaction while supporting growth in a nationwide home care network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with education/experience.
• Valid driver license and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR within an office.

Responsibilities

• Manage Office Personnel: oversee and support office managers to ensure effective performance and alignment with standards.
• Liaison with Home Base: primary contact between the office and Home Base, payroll notes and updates.
• Client Management: handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls, and quality visits.
• State required supervisory visits and on-call rotation duties.
• Backup for client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
