Plaid Inc. seeks an experienced Workplace Ops leader to keep the San Francisco and Seattle offices running smoothly, owning space layout, vendor management, programs, and visitor activities while tracking budgets and costs.

You’ll mentor a team of three across SF and SEA, collaborate with Security, IT, Legal and People to stay compliant, and report utilization metrics to support data-driven decisions and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Office Management or Facilities.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing people and teams.
• Expert understanding of facilities operations, space planning, and vendor management.
• Strong customer service orientation with workplace requests handling.
• Ability to lead ideas through to execution and implementation.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations in SF and Seattle offices and related projects.
• Lead programming for Food & Beverage, Health & Safety, Janitorial, Moves & Changes, Guest Services, and Employee Experience.
• Manage three direct reports across SF (2) and Seattle (1).
• Manage workplace vendors and onboarding of new vendors as needed.
• Coordinate with Security, IT, Legal and People on health, safety, emergency preparedness and access control; maintain audit-ready records.
• Lead and develop Workplace Ops team members with clear goals and feedback.
