Sapiom is a San Francisco–based payments infrastructure startup seeking a Workplace Manager to own the office and people experience. You will oversee the office, vendors, events, all-hands logistics, and the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth daily operation and scalable processes.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will build playbooks for growth, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and automate repetitive tasks with AI to keep the office running efficiently as

Qualificações

• 3–6 years in workplace experience, office management, facilities, events, or hospitality.
• Experience running office day-to-day with vendors, building, and budgets.
• Experience planning and executing company events end to end, from small to multi-day offsites.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem detection.
• Warm, polished demeanor; able to set a positive tone for guests and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Run the space end to end: landlord and building management, facilities, seating, security and access cards, health and safety basics.
• Manage workplace operations: maintain food, coffee, snacks, supplies, and deliveries; supervise vendors.
• Plan for headcount growth: seating, meeting room capacity, and eventual move to bigger offices.
• Own all-hands and rituals: logistics, run-of-show, AV, food, and budget alignment.
• Build calendar of events, recognition moments, and offsites; support external events.
• Administer core systems (Google Workspace, Slack) so new hires are productive from day one.
• Ensure first-day experience: desk, gear, swag, onboarding and IT setup.
• Make visitors feel welcomed; manage candidate onsite visits.
• Run pulse checks and automate repetitive tasks with AI and tooling.
