Job summary

Plaid Inc. is seeking a dynamic Workplace Operations leader to ensure our San Francisco and Seattle offices run efficiently and safely.

You will own daily operations, vendor relations, and programming across Food & Beverage, Health & Safety, Janitorial, and Employee Experience to sustain a productive work environment. You will manage a small team, partner with Security, IT, Legal and People, and maintain budgets and contracts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of facility operations experience.
• 2-3 years of people management experience.
• High expertise in workplace operations & employee experience.
• Works well in a fast-changing environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication & customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in SF and Seattle offices; ensure offices are clean, organized, and running smoothly for a positive employee experience.
• Lead programming in offices for Food & Beverage, Office Health & Safety, Janitorial, Adds Moves & Changes, Guest Services, and Employee Experience.
• Manage three direct reports across SF (2) and Seattle (1).
• Manage all workplace vendors; source and onboard new vendors as needed.
• Work with Security, IT, Legal and People on health, safety, emergency preparedness and access control; keep records up to date for auditors and regulators.
• Lead and develop Workplace Ops team members by setting clear goals and delivering feedback.
