Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Manager for the Baton Rouge Southeast Service Center. The role covers payroll and HR administration, accounts payable/receivable, and cash handling while supporting front office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this fast-paced shop environment. The successful candidate will uphold Caliber’s SOPs, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and tools to teammates; assist with payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; manage cash handling procedures.
• Deliver world class customer experience by ensuring consistent SOP application and ongoing training.
