Job summary

Caliber Collision Escondido is seeking an Office Manager to perform all-purpose duties, including providing the front office with tools and information, handling payroll and HR administration, and managing Accounts Receivable/Payable and cash handling to Caliber standards.

You will ensure a world-class customer experience by training and monitoring SOP adherence, with a focus on efficient, accurate administration in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
