Job summary

Caliber Collision in Cross Roads, TX, is seeking an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including assisting front office teammates with tools, training and information to help them perform their jobs, providing payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping, and maintaining Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information to perform their jobs.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Provide a world class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
