Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Manager to handle front office support, payroll and HR administration, and AR/AP with cash handling in our Aurora, CO center. You will ensure tools and information are readily available to teammates and uphold Caliber standards through training and monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing roles, experience with AP/AR and payroll, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information to do their jobs.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
