Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to drive a world class Total Patient Experience that boosts retail sales while supporting patients' medical needs. You will oversee the office's operations, profitability, and staffing, including training, scheduling, inventory, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards.

The role requires managing relationships with doctors and staff, coaching KPI results, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and safety.

Qualifications

• Management experience is required.
• Background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office staff; act as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Human Resources: recruitment, training, coaching, and KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure safety, HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and facility maintenance per corporate standards.
• Oversee cash handling policies and financial reporting on schedule.
• Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reports, inventory, and purchasing.
