Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while providing direct support to leadership. This is a client and team-facing role that calls for sharp organizational instincts, strong technology skills, and polished professional communication. The position begins on a part-time basis during an initial onboarding and training period, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time.
Compensation & Highlights:
- Pay: $50,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Serve as a key point of contact for the office, managing incoming calls and email correspondence with a high level of professionalism and clarity.
- Proactively manage, organize, and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for leadership, anticipating scheduling needs.
- Maintain and utilize the company's CRM system to track contacts, communications, and project-related information, while leveraging technology and office software to keep operations organized and efficient.
- Prepare correspondence, documents, meeting materials, and reports, and coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, room/location setup, and agenda preparation.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, organizing files and records, and liaising with vendors, while providing general administrative and executive support to leadership.
Qualifications of the Office Manager:
- Prior experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative/office support role.
- Fluency with technology and computers, including CRM systems and standard office/productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to proactively manage and coordinate schedules and meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and prior experience supporting a small business, real estate, or development office are a plus.
