We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to joinour growing company. This role is central to the smooth operation of ourbusiness — handling administrative, financial, and procurement responsibilitiesthat support our technical and leadership teams.

Position Overview

The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the business runningefficiently day-to-day through expert handling of administrative tasks,scheduling, vendor coordination, procurement, and finance/HR support.

You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure that our internaloperations are as strong as our client delivery. This role is ideal for someonewho thrives on and loves improving processes and enjoys supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
  • Manage company calendars, meetings, andevent coordination.
  • Support leadership with scheduling,logistics, and communications.
  • Organize internal events, companymeetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact for dailyoffice operations.
Finance & HR Support
  • Generate and send client invoices; tracklate payments.
  • Manage expense tracking, vendor payments,and financial documentation.
  • Assist with employee onboarding(accounts, paperwork, insurance, scheduling, and coordination).
  • Maintain employee records and internal HRdocumentation.
  • Coordinate vendor orders for hardware,software, and renewals.
  • Track orders, deliveries, and renewals tokeep services running smoothly.
  • Maintain vendor relationships anddocumentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership on costcomparisons and purchasing decisions.
Process & Systems Support
  • Update and maintain data in PSA, CRM, andaccounting platforms.
  • Support operational reporting andadministrative follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to improve andstreamline administrative processes.

Requirements
Requirements& Qualifications
  • 2+ years ofexperience in office administration, operations, or related roles.
  • Excellentorganizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortableworking in or learning PSA and accounting tools (e.g., ConnectWise Manage,Autotask PSA, QuickBooks Online).
  • Ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Trustworthy withsensitive financial and employee information.
  • Proficiency withMicrosoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Experience in theIT or MSP space is a plus, but not required.

  • $55,000 – $65,000 annual base salary(DOE)
