Position Overview:
We are hiring an Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and provide critical support to the production, HR, and logistics teams. This role requires a hands-on, organized professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day office functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and clerical tasks.
  • Manage scheduling, reporting, and internal communications between departments.
  • Support production paperwork flow, inventory reconciliation, and purchase order tracking.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, timekeeping, and employee file management.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and corporate team on behalf of the plant.
  • Maintain filing systems, manage document control, and support compliance audits.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (manufacturing or food industry preferred)
  • Highly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-department teams in a production setting a plus.
