Position Overview:
We are hiring an Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and provide critical support to the production, HR, and logistics teams. This role requires a hands-on, organized professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day office functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and clerical tasks.
- Manage scheduling, reporting, and internal communications between departments.
- Support production paperwork flow, inventory reconciliation, and purchase order tracking.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, timekeeping, and employee file management.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and corporate team on behalf of the plant.
- Maintain filing systems, manage document control, and support compliance audits.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (manufacturing or food industry preferred)
- Highly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-department teams in a production setting a plus.
