Closet Factory is seeking an Office Manager to lead essential administrative functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented Knoxville-based operation. The role coordinates sales, production and installation activities, including scheduling, payment processing and payroll oversight.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. We offer training, PTO, some telework potential, and benefits within a salaried framework.

We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more around our customer’s needs. Our mission requires robust sales, production, installation and administrative functions. The Office Manager is in a unique position to tie these critical functions together. Our office is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and the ability to multitask. There is a high level of responsibility synchronizing sales, production and installation functions to meet customer needs. You will coordinate installation scheduling, payment, payroll, ordering and tracking functions. Closet Factory fosters a “Team” oriented atmosphere where challenges are handled as a group.
