1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator in Montgomery, AL to support technicians, mitigation and construction teams. You will schedule daily work, handle after-hours calls, and update job information in our software, ensuring clients are informed of upcoming tasks and billing timelines.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, with prior industry exposure and strong problem-solving abilities to manage dynamic restoration projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Intake new losses via phone, email, and text.
• Monitor updates in DMS for job status and insurance/customer communications.
• Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
• Ensure field paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Provide daily status updates and assist with billing processes.
• Order materials testing for mold and asbestos as needed.
• Review site and technician paperwork before releasing projects.

Job Summary

The coordinator will work with technicians, mitigation and construction coordinators, and mitigation and construction supervisors to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes management of scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis by coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Intake new losses via phone, email, and text.
• Monitor updates in DMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
• Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
• Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Update as needed daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.
• Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs.
• Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.

Qualifications
