Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Possible experience within the restoration industry preferred.
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Intake new losses via phone, email, and text.
• Monitor updates in DMS for job status and insurance/customer communications.
• Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
• Ensure field paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Provide daily status updates and assist with billing processes.
• Order materials testing for mold and asbestos as needed.
• Review site and technician paperwork before releasing projects.
