Job summary

Caliber Collision Highlands Ranch is seeking an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including payroll/HR administration, A/R and A/P, and cash handling per company standards. You will support front office teammates and help ensure a world-class customer experience while enforcing Caliber SOPs through ongoing training.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, and 1+ years in payroll/ap/receivable work is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Handle cash procedures per company standards.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and ensure SOP compliance through training and monitoring.
