Vivid Seats in Chicago is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to shape employee experiences across our offices. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, enable a welcoming, safe environment, and partner with facilities, security, and service providers.

Based primarily at our Chicago headquarters with responsibilities spanning Coppell and Las Vegas, you will drive engagement, communications, and process improvements to support a productive, connected workforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day office operations across multiple locations.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and security access.
• Engage employees through events, communications, and programs.
• Partner with People Team to support onboarding experiences.
