Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Workplace Experience and Corporate Services Specialist to join our Chicago team. You will manage events, facilities support, and client-facing experiences across global locations, reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Facilities and event management, hospitality, client experience.
• Creativity and passion for event planning.
• Motivated to grow within Workplace Operations.
• Self-motivated with focus on results and white-glove service.
• Experience collaborating with IT, HR, Security and Communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class workplace services to connect and grow a diverse workforce.
• Plan, manage and execute internal events and meetings across locations.
• Coordinate with global counterparts, IT/AV, communications and staff teams.
• Be the subject matter expert for Relativity's client experience.
• Manage vendor partnerships for events and catering.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools for efficiency.
