Vivid Seats in Chicago, IL is seeking a People Operations Specialist to deliver a best-in-class employee experience by efficiently managing HR processes, benefits administration, leave management, and the employment lifecycle across the organization.

You will partner with Payroll, HRBPs, and legal to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely employee support while thriving in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave management, HRIS, and employee support.
• Strong communication and data accuracy with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, and updates in HRIS.
• Serve as first contact for benefits, leave administration, payroll issues, and employment matters.
• Monitor HR inbox, triage requests, and coordinate with HRBPs for timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records and perform HRIS data entry, audits, and updates.
• Support immigration processes with documentation collection and visa/work authorization support.
• Coordinate with Payroll to reflect data changes in HRIS and payroll.
