Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Workplace Experience and Corporate Services Specialist to join the global Workplace Operations team in Chicago and beyond. You will focus on planning, managing and executing internal events and supporting facilities operations to deliver exceptional service to employees and clients.

You’ll collaborate with IT/AV, HR, Security and Communications, acting as the client experience expert and driving improvements in tools, processes and vendor partnerships across global

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Facilities and event management, hospitality or client experience.
• Creative and passionate about event planning and workplace programs.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with IT, HR, Security and Communications to shape workplace experience.
• Excellent communication, influencing and project management for executive levels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, marketing or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class workplace services to connect and grow a diverse workforce.
• Plan, manage, and execute internal events and meetings, large or small.
• Collaborate with global Workplace Ops, IT/AV, Communications and others to execute events.
• Be the subject matter expert for Relativity’s client experience.
• Manage vendors for events and catering; ensure high-quality service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and streamline workflows for efficiency.
• Inspire and mentor global Workplace Ops teams; transfer expertise.
• Support senior leadership with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
