- As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience across our offices
- You will create environments where employees can do their best work, feel connected to our culture, and receive seamless support throughout their journey at Vivid Seats
- This position plays a key role in supporting workplace operations and employee experience across our Chicago headquarters and additional office locations, including Coppell and Las Vegas
- Working closely with the Workplace Experience Manager, this position helps ensure our offices are welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently
- Through a combination of workplace coordination, employee engagement, communications, and operational support, this role contributes to creating a positive and productive employee experience
- Workplace Operations & Facilities
- Support workplace operations for Chicago, Coppell, and Las Vegas
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring workplaces are safe, functional, organized, and welcoming
- Partner with building management, security teams, and service providers to address facility needs and workplace improvements
- Maintain office supplies, food and beverage programs, deliveries, inventory management, and workplace amenities
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, security access, and vendor relationships across locations
- Support workplace safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, and compliance requirements
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support and create meaningful workplace experiences that foster connection, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Coordinate engagement activities, office events, leadership visits, celebrations, and community-building initiatives
- Partner with the People Team to support onboarding experiences and key employee lifecycle moments
- Help maintain a workplace environment that reflects Vivid Seats’ culture, values, and employee experience goals
- Communications & Resource Tools
- Draft workplace and employee communications that are clear, engaging, and informative
- Support company-wide and location-specific communications, newsletters, announcements, and employee resources
- Maintain workplace information, workplace signage, guides, and employee-facing resources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of workplace systems and tools, including visitor management, workplace scheduling, and employee resource platforms
- Help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve employee services, and enhance workplace operations
- Gather employee feedback and workplace data to support continuous improvements and informed decision-making
- Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a passion for creating experiences that positively impact employees every day
- How your role expectations will progress as an in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:
- 30 days in:
- Complete new hire orientation, gaining the resources you need to be successful
- Learn how the Vivid Seats organization operates and how you’ll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers
- Acclimate team and company norms, business objectives, and principles
- Meet with Vivid Seats employees to begin understanding their office needs and regular office functions
- 90 days in:
- Contribute to our approaches, methods, or technologies to support overall office goals and drive team efficiency
- Maintain, harvest and aid internal and external vendor relationships to improve the office working environment
- Independently draft companywide employee communications that are engaging and sharp
- 180 days in:
- Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impact the team
- Actively contributes to larger team and People Team objectives
- Strengthen vendors relationships and improve execution efficiency or cost savings opportunities
- Play a leading role in supporting all people’s programs that impact the organization
- This role is primarily based in our Chicago office and will support workplace operations across Chicago, Coppell, and Las Vegas
- Regular in-office presence is expected to ensure a high-quality workplace experience for employees and visitors
