Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a hands-on Office Experience Manager to lead a team of Tax Advisors and Client Service Professionals in Taylor, TX. This in-person role focuses on delivering a consultative client experience, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth daily office operations during the busy tax season.

You will ramp up part-time in the fall and transition to expanded seasonal hours from January through April, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong coaching and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people in service or retail settings.
• Ability to coach and develop front-line associates.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service.
• Data fluency to interpret KPI and coaching data.
• Proficient in MS Office and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce the consultative client experience in-office.
• Model consultative, client-centric behaviors in interactions.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for escalated client service concerns.
• Conduct client walk/talks and gather real-time feedback for coaching.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Drive growth plans with OEM and DGM for client and revenue targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard seasonal office associates.
