Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Office Experience Manager in Austin, TX, to translate directives into disciplined daily execution and coaching. You will lead Tax Advisors and CSPs, manage the on-site experience, and drive seasonal tax business progress.

• People management experience with accountability in service or retail settings.

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Data fluency to interpret KPI, survey, and coaching data for priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce the consultative client experience with disciplined execution.
• Coach and develop in-office Tax Advisors and CSPs using a roadmap.
• Lead day-to-day office operations, scheduling, capacity, and coverage.
• Drive office growth: client count, revenue, conversion, and service standards.
• Support talent readiness: recruitment, onboarding, and change adoption.
