Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a part-time Office Experience Leader to translate directions into disciplined daily execution, coaching, and client-centric service. You will oversee Tax Advisors, CSPs, and CCS teams in-person, coordinating with OEM and DGM to grow seasonal tax business.

You will start with a flexible fall schedule and expand during the tax season, with evening and weekend hours as needed. This role requires in-person presence in the La Grange, TX area.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with focus on consultative experience.
• Coaching capability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Fast-paced environment with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for difficult conversations with clients and staff.
• Data literacy to interpret KPI/survey data for priorities and coaching.
• Proficient in MS Office and office systems such as Teams, Dimensions, and Customer Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce consultative client experience daily for all appointments.
• Model client-centric behavior and set standards for the team.
• Act as on-site escalation point for client service concerns and resolve issues.
• Conduct feedback sessions and coach Tax Advisors and CSPs to improve performance.
