Job summary

You will coach staff, manage daily office operations, and partner with regional leaders to drive growth during the busy tax season.

You’ll start with a flexible part-time schedule this fall, ramping into an expanded seasonal plan from January through April, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a service or retail environment.
• Ability to coach and drive behavior change with direct feedback.
• Strong client-centric mindset focused on consultative experience.
• Comfort interpreting KPI and coaching data to set daily priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office and office systems used in tax offices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and enforce a consultative client experience across daily appointments.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs, aligning with CCS and OEM on standards.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage.
• Own office growth plans with OEM and DGM, targeting client counts and revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, and readiness for seasonal tax office operations.
