Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Office Experience Manager to translate strategic direction into disciplined daily execution. You will lead Tax Advisors and CSPs, coach the team, and drive the client experience in your office during the busy tax season.

This in-person, part-time role ramps up in fall and expands January–April, with evening and weekend hours as needed. You’ll run daily operations, coaching, and growth initiatives while ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong people management experience in a service or retail environment.

• Proven coaching ability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Sound decision-making and judgment in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Ability to interpret KPI and coaching data to set daily priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.
• Flexible to a variable schedule during fall ramp-up and busy season.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce a consultative client experience in your office.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a coaching roadmap and actionable commitments.
• Lead daily office operations: scheduling, capacity, and walk-in coverage.
• Lead daily huddles, communicate priorities, and recognize associates.
• Drive office growth through the local growth plan and client engagement.
• Partner with OEM and DGM on talent readiness and change adoption.
